Ariel Leclerc, CESSWI, QCIS, QPSWPPP (she/her/hers)

Environmental Compliance Specialist

Ariel graduated from North Carolina State University in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Technology and Management. During the summer of 2014, Ariel caught a glimpse of industrial NPDES inspections while working as an environmental intern for a pulp and paper mill. From July 2015 until November 2021, Ariel worked for EcoTurf, Inc in Raleigh, North Carolina. She started her career there as an Environmental Compliance Inspector and was later promoted to Regional Compliance Manager. In 2021, Ariel relocated to New England in order to be closer to extended family and accepted a position with SWCA Environmental Consultants in Massachusetts. In her current role at SWCA as an Environmental Compliance Specialist, she helps clients remain in compliance with their environmental regulations, with a particular interest in NPDES and SWPPP requirements. A large portion of her time at SWCA so far has been spent reading and analyzing the 2022 EPA Construction General Permit.
