Jacob Capps, EI

Stormwater Specialist II
Summit Design and Engineering

Jacob is a Stormwater Specialist II with Summit Design and Engineering Services. He is an Engineer-In-Training in North Carolina and has recently passed the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam. Jacob has a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina - Wilmington, and a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University. He has the NCDOT Level III Design of Erosion and Sediment Control Plans Certification, and the NCDEQ recognized Stormwater Control Measure Inspection and Maintenance Certification. Jacob currently works on NCDOT's largest roadway construction project to date where he assists in contract administration, permit compliance with both state and federal permits, and NPDES inspection.
